Jabs splits participants into two teams and drops a humor challenge each round. One writer per team crafts a response — then everyone votes for the best one without knowing which team wrote it. The team with the most total votes wins. The top response across all rounds gets the Quip of the Round spotlight.
How It Works
- 1Each round reveals a humor challenge — one writer per team crafts a response
- 2Voting opens anonymously once both responses are in — no team attribution until after votes are cast
- 3Each team member votes for whichever response they liked best (writers sit this one out)
- 4Points are awarded proportionally based on vote share — the bigger the lead, the bigger the reward
- 5The highest-voted response across all rounds earns the Quip of the Round spotlight
